Denise offers Yoga and Gentle Yoga that focus on creating a safe, sacred place to experience peace and healing internally, externally, eternally. Denise has taught multi-level Yoga for 16 years. She is thrilled when her students discover for themselves the power and effectiveness of a practice that is so gentle and enjoyable. She devotes great attention to detail, adapting and modifying poses to the needs and abilities of each student offering modifications for all levels in each class. Everyone is welcome to come join the practice. Yoga is NOT just for women! Everyone can benefit from more balance, flexibility, and internal reflection.
