Stephanie leads the HIIT It! Circuits. This is a class to promote strength and stamina, and is a full-body workout. Stations are used and are either timed or require a certain number of repetitions. Equipment or simple body weight is used to perform the exercises. Individuals move from station to station changing exercises at each station. The goal is just like other interval training, heart rate up then down to burn calories and fat faster. Modifications are given and the intensity of the workout is totally up to you!
